Default Help please - fuse type for HRW

Hi

Whilst trying to find why my heated rear window isn't working, I removed a fuse from the underbonnet fuse box and promptly dropped it and have been unable to find it!

This fuse is the one shown in the Haynes manual wiring diagram as FL7 (40A).

I have never seen this type of fuse before - it is green in colour and square in section about 1in long. It just plugs into the contacts.

Can anyone tell me if these are readily available and what I need to ask for please.

regards

I should have one somewhere if you get stuck but any scrap yard will have one of them in the fuse box

Hi Arctic

Thanks for the reply - it is the little green beastie shown in your photo and I would be very grateful if you do have one, to send it to me as there are no local scrappy's with a 75 at the moment. I will be happy to send you payment to cover cost + p&p if you confirm amount and paypal address.
