When I arrived at the groomers they were delighted to see we'd been clipping Pops, even if it wasn't a great job! They said a lot of people made no effort what so ever to look after their dogs during lockdown. They had dogs coming in in a horrendous state, hair so matted it was like a blanket over the dog and so bad under their legs it was restricting movement. Its not difficult to brush a dog, even clip it yourself. OK you might not do a great job but at least it keeps the dog comfortable. We clipped ours, Suzy and Maya are no bother, we've only started taking Pops to the groomer again because its so difficult to do a decent job with her, its like trying to groom an eel . . . . with teeth!

Evening all, what a strange day! Sent home from work to isolate as I have lost my sense of smell and I cant taste anything, I did a home test yesterday which was negative, I have ordered a pcr test from the nhs now, will see what that says when it arrives..

Debs hasn’t been lacing your food with anything has she?

Hope you recover quickly.

It'll be your head gasket.

Meant to mention when I was coming back from Poppy's hair do I noticed the DVLA have been out and about. Spotted two cars wearing a yellow boot and the "Untaxed Vehicle" sticker on the driver's window. Don't recall seeing them on the way up.

Cool

Morning everyone from sunny North London. Wall to wall blue sky.

Slept for a good 8 hours, must be the London air, or maybe just tired from the drive plus the falling down water I consumed last night.
