I've got me lawnmower can in the shed. Should I take on a security guard?

Our local fuel station has queues 15 cars deep! Bear in mind this is a village station that hardly sees any traffic.

I've just been out again to try and get some petrol, but still no petrol in any of the six stations near me.

I've had to switch the Dacia to eco mode so the turbo is not in use.

I'm getting despite now as I'm at the Hospital on Monday, I will be taking the Capri at this rate, but I hate parking the Capri in car parks, you end up coming back to the car with people crowding round it, then you get chatting for ages. I know I like a good chat, but sometimes you just wont to get home.

I feel sorry for the doctors, nurses and the carers etc, this is going to impact the frontline as it always does. Just watch all the panic buyers moan when certain services fail, may be their friend or a relative is going to be short of a carer for a few days.

I wonder how many vehicles will be sat on driveways over the next few days with a full tank, but don't go anywhere?

I had to get fuel this morning on my way out to work and it wasn’t that busy…….However, on my way back home the roads and roundabouts were clogged with vehicles queuing for fuel !
As Wes said, pretty sure many of those were just filling up ‘just in case’

Its the bl00dy news programmes, fuel shortage is the main story, a shortage the news has created by causing a panic amongst the sheep in society.

Shudder to think what would have happened if the current generation had been around during WW2.
