Cool

Morning everyone.

Wow! That was some storm last night. I had emptied my Poppy bird bath out yesterday as it needed a clean. This morning it is full from the rain last night.

Morning all.

Rained heavily overnight, was bright earlier on and now raining again.

And having put just shy of 12K on her in my first year with her the MoT result is a........

Fail .

Corrosion on the Rear Offside Inner Sill and an advisory for Offside Front anti roll bar linkage dust cover. Wondering about just fitting a new cover - if they're still available? Any thoughts?

Clean bill of heath otherwise including emissions at 0.54.

Booked in for Friday to have the welding done.

All in all nothing drastic for an almost 19 year old lady.

Its truly horrible here, gale force wind and can hear the rain battering on the kitchen roof (actually a weather warning for rain here), to ease during the night but its definitely TV critic weather. My other half is supposed to be travelling back from spending a couple of days with friends in Margate. National Rail website is advising of weather related problems so sent her a message advising her to stay another night or stay with her friend in Peterborough tonight and come back tomorrow.

Begger! I ended up having to do the shopping after all Missus is still not right with her painful arthritis & I have to take Mam for a hospital appointment tomorrow which I'd forgotten about
Got a better supply of Henry's apple juice than if the missus did the shopping any way
