Default Need new keys....anyone near kidderminster??

Was wondering if there was anybody local to me who has T4 and the capabilty to set up new keys with my car.
The car only came with 1 key and the remote fob doesn't work
What would the cost be?
Where can I get the new keys from? I know you need the bar code so no good going on fleabay for secondhand.
Any help or advice
Thanks

Don't know any suppliers near you but the fob you have can be repaired. Assuming you have replaced the battery then the likely cause is the micro switches within the unit that should operate when you press the buttons. You can send your key away to have them replaced or if you are clever with a soldering iron you can buy the micro switches and do it yourself.

Check by watching the little neon light on the key fob - it should light when you press a button. There are people on e-bay who provide the service - do a search on Rover 75 key fob repair.

Thanks Boater but the fob works. Its not synced with the car. I would need the bar code to get it synced. I've tried all the suggestions for syncing and no joy.
