Default Powerflex Rear Bushes

Nobody knows how long they will last yet but mine are perfect after the first year and they should last well. The design allows for the inner to turn in the outer and grease is supplied to facilitate this action. The steering is certainly sharper too. Both the inner and outer sections are locked in their respective housings so the only movement is a slight rotation of the inner section under suspension loads.

Just requested a medium term report from a customer in London .
He reports no noises or clunks .

We fitted the powerflex nearly 2 years and 10k miles ago.

On his next service in January I will inspect them for wear.
Maybe they should be added to the lubrication list......who knows?!

Mine have been on 18,000 miles with no issues, and passed the MOT test last week. No knocks, clunks or steering problems at all.
MOT guy remarked on them that they are excellent condition and a good bush wherever he's seen them. They passed his all singing, all dancing test lift as well.

Digging up an old thread, how are you finding these bushes after some use and experience?

Looks like I need to change the ones on my new car. As this one is a keeper I wanted to fix it once.

No adverse reports from the ones we've fitted to date.
Plus a twice yearly visitor from London is coming here again soon so we will check his again

Good, I don't see the originals as worth the expense on this basis.
