Well I don't want sausage and two eggs now!!! Thank you very much!

I've gone the other way, I've put on a stone in the last year, at my review specialist said weight gain is a side effect of insulin, I wasn't aware of that. Now that I'm off it the weight should start coming off again.

Good morning Phil Thank you Sir I like to have breakfast in there & catch up with the forums whilst having brekkie & endless cups of tea.

.....although I thought we had a disaster because my missus cleaned the oven with that ammonia stuff last night & spilt some on the block wood kitchen top which had bleached a large patch white in it when I got up early this morning.

So I've been rubbing it down with wire wool & re-staining with Danish oil. I think it's going to take a few more rubbing down & stainings to get it blended in with the rest .Grr

LOL Sorry Clive I've had cooked breakkies for so long now any other breakfast doesn't come close.

Talking about elasticated pants.

I had to smarten up last week o meet the dementia team about dad and I thought I might have to get some new ones as I've not worn these for a while. But no fear they fit perfectly, the elasticated part is in the pocket & invisible, Whoever designed those is a star.

I had to take dad for some new clothes too as he's lost lots of weight so we went into Atherton to an old cotton mill (Ena-Mill) which has been converted to a huge retail outlet.

Default Doing a project towards live stage work...

So its only taken me two years but I've found a vocalist, one that is semi professional singer and has done acting on broadway, which he acted at the Brighton Dome, which ain't bad going really. He wants to re-record a whole bunch of my catalogue, which is getting onto over a thousand compositions. But his direction he wants is to get back stage again and has spent the last year looking around for a musician which turned out to be me.

Since seeing Jean Michel Jarre play live my music has kind of taken a different direction and am now doing soundscapes and stuff with custom voicing and sounds. I'm doing more sampling of older synthesisers and am building quite a sound bank in a view be able to use them possibly live, I'm doing this mainly to be as original as possible.

I'll show you a piece I scored this morning, it's based on the soundtrack to Blade Runner and Tron Legacy. It's called "Tschernobyl" which is a nod towards a track called Radioactive by the German group called Kraftwerk. Tschernobyl was the nuclear power station in Ukraine, which went melt down in 1986 and caused all sorts of havoc, I believe Tschernobyl is the German word for it.

I'm still occasionally singing and am improving day by day and occasionally getting nice comments as to my tonality which is actually suited to be a baritone/bass, so pretty low. So the problem now is finding a suitable microphone. I'm learning to play piano and do vocals at the same time, which is hard because I play two keyboards at the time as organ pedals, plus a drum machine. So to sing at the same time is a little bit more concentration that i'm used to.

This my latest vocal track with me on piano:"Feel the way I do"
