As per title. The heater is blowing cold on the passenger side and hot on the driver's side. Ideas please. --- Heater matrix? Air lock? Radiator was changed about 9 months ago Thanks Geoff |

The usual way to remove silt from the passenger side is to attach a mains hosepipe to the heater outlet hose at the firewall. With the inlet hose also disconnected, give the matrix a good blast. Typically, the blockage is limescale sediment that will be flushed out as a sludge. In more severe cases, an acid treatment with a kettle descaler might be needed but in severe cases, a new matrix is the obvious fix.
