2 nights ago, I watched “Sleepwalkers” a Stephen King horror.
A mother and son, both aliens with superpowers and the last of their kind, had to find a female Virgin in a small US town in order to survive. A Virgin had special qualities the mum alien needed. There was no sex, but the effects were gruesome. Ultimately a top cat with controlling abilities summoned up many cats to come to the rescue, saving the Virgin at the end of the film with cat supernatural powers. |

I prefer the 1947 Danny Kaye version to the more recent Ben Stiller film

The Night Of The Hunter ... what a fellowship, what a joy divine, leaning on the everlasting arms.

Well I started to watch one last evening, Operation Dunkirk. Amazed at the poor quality I went online to see what others had made of it, and most stated that it was the worst film they had ever seen. It did have the semblance of a College group who made it as a project. Absolute rubbish and acting.
Last weekend watched A Bridge Too Far again, real good. Interesting reviews on that one also. |
