Default Sagging door card covering

The Suede covering on the door cards of my Rover 75 (2005) are sagging. They do this over time when the backing disintergrates. Has anyone found a fix for this? Possible ironing the material with a medium hot iron to make the backing "tacky" or steam shrinking the fabric? Please advise.

I seem to remember that some people have replaced the original material with leather, Klarzy comes to mind.

Don't iron the covering it will not stick back on the spray glue used at the factory dries out and becomes flaky and crumbles. The material needs replacing, and some members have done this, it requires patience and part dismantling of the panels, so bear that in mind.
Also bear in mind that not all door cards are the same quality, I have found some on ebay as replacement and these are excellent, the material is carpet like and of a very high quality, these are very rare now, remember Rover did not plan for the 75 to be on the road for 20+ years!.
