I’m with you on that, the man is indeed an integrity vacuum.

To quote Billy Connolly:

“The desire to be a politician should bar you for life from ever becoming one. Don't vote. It just encourages them....”

and some clubs are complaining about patrons having to be double jabbed and those that have not and will not be double jabbed being excluded from some walks of life.

I know two people, both double jabbed, who have COVID and who have the symptoms.

Yes "Freedom Day" has come and gone and as far as I'm concerned my Council waste bins will be going out more frequently than I will.

I (we) shall behave exactly as we have done since this circus started. Been tested twice now at solicitors before consultation meetings, with no mask and with a plastic screen between us and them. Now that's polite, as a professional with manners should be.

We have not been inconvenienced in any way and have, so far, avoided problems. We have great sympathy with those who unfortunately have become ill - a speedy recovery where possible is hoped for.

Had to shop with masks until Sensible Day obviously, but that's to buy food and the only time we adopted a disguise. That's a point - haven't seen any motor cycle helmets with a balaclava under. Opportunity missed? Other than that, daily 'outs and abouts' with suitable wide berths for anyone within 8 feet (and not walking behind joggers).

Not tempting Providence, but for Pete's sake get a grip. The so-called double vaccinees are one of the biggest sources for the possible infection of others, they should have to be badged. Oh, how we wish for the truth to break out.

On my last adventure to an appointment in town I was very much inconvenienced. Did you perchance use public transport for your trip? I did for mine against my long-standing better judgement to try to avoid it. And ye Gods, it was an experience that I've no wish to repeat. Ever!

Dirty mingers. And in saying that I refer to all those involved in the design, the requisition and the maintenance of the public health hazard that I encountered.

WillyH, I would sooner walk than use buses. Even taxis. Not even a snowball's chance in Hell of getting me or mine on a scheduled service. Given the designers' brief and its result, it is impossible to avoid cross-infection of just about anything going round at the best of times. That's coaches too, with that recirculated 'fresh' air. Pox wagons.

Phew, relieved that jumped over the filter. Thanks.
