Good job your neighbour is one of the old school.Sorry to hear about your bad luck, but at least you have a decent neighbour who obviously knows and appreciated that he might get a ride in the Bear if he owns up to damaging it and paying his dues. Give him a ride in it Bob when he has coughed up. He sure will enjoy it. Warp factor 3 seems an appropriate reward,with the window down of course.

Looks like the paint is cracked Bob so if Dent man can it out it will still need painting to match

Body shop job i would say not a job for the mobile dent master

Body shop wont pull properly because of wing edge lip

Personally I would let a PDR specialist look at the damage first , providing the the paint not cracked its amazing what they can take out . The problem with a rear wheel arch is getting behind the damage but they have ways and means of overcoming this .
