Rover75 Connoisseur cdti rear Upper suspension rotted

Dear All,
I've had 3 Rover 75's so i'm used to some of the problems. However my latest one is a really good car except for the upper rear trailing suspension arm.
When I bought the car it had an advisory on minor cracking but the owner had had it welded. That's lasted a couple of years but for safety i'd like to get it replaced. So far garages I've spoken to here in Edinburgh aren't interested. Does anyone have a garage recommendation to get this work done for a reasonable price?
