Good morning all, what gloomy rainy morning here, It's been throwing it down most of the night.
We need some shopping in so a trip to Aldi is on the cards later.

Take care mate.

Thank you for the kind words Jules, This one's passing really seemed to affect us a lot, not that any of our other pets were thought less of.

The missus still hasn't got out of bed I've just taken her some porridge up and I need to go into the vets to short some paperwork out with them.

We still have one other cat which has been searching the house for Ernie. but I think once we feel up to it we will be down to the cat rescue centre before long to pick up another.

When you've built your Ark you can sail it on the bowling green behind my house. It's slowly disappearing under the waves

If the rain continues then Jeff will be able to come and pay you a visit in his boat.

Just back from shopping I went to Morrison's again. it's absolutely chucking it down here, there is a lot of standing water on the roads.

Just got a call from our daughter, She had a call from the stables where she keeps her horse & it has collapsed, she's on her way there to meet the vet, I hope it's not going to be more bad news.

The grass outside the cottages and across on the shore has reached saturation level, huge pools of water.

Changing to sleety snow now. Not a hope in hell of the girls getting a walk!
