How is everyone? My younger brother rang this morning. He has Ca Prostate for the past 4 years and was in remission until 4 months ago when a scan showed it had spread into his bones. He was started on Hormone treatment. Good news, the blood results shows his blood markers for the cancer, the PSA levels are down to zero and the oncologist says the treatment is eradicating the cancer. Hopefully this will continue. He looks ok and he is still working in the police. He has always said, if I ever get arrested I am not to mention his name

Evening all, It's been another nice day after a cold start, Laundry day today & the washing machines still going

Roast chicken stuffing,mash spuds,cauliflower, carrots & swede & runner beans for tea

I made a right pig of meself as usual

I've got my train drivers hat on & just got my PC loaded up with Train Sim World Amtrak ACS-64 out of Newark.

Been rather busy since driving back from Scotland. Work, Rest and Play in Norfolk and been mega busy today at work.
