Just stick with the Kmaps 200 bhp remap - you will be greatly pleased.

No. He thinks you have a 1.8t 160 not a 2.5 v6 160.

I believe with a remap you can get close to 200bhp on a 160! My brother had his 160 V6 mapped and it was definitely as quick if not quicker than a 190

Best guys to speak to are Force Tuning or Saws Tuning if you want more power . They can add some nice subtle crackles too which I think sound pretty good

You won't get 200 BHP from a 160 V6 without engine modification including forced induction

At the end of the day remapping a v6 160 is not about getting 200bhp, but just getting more power from the engine, yes you also need to make sure you have good viz motors, induction (air filter), custom exhaust etc etc.

But if you do all that and have a good remap the cars are fast, it was my sons v6 that Jamie was talking about and with all the mods done and the remap the car was rapid and sounded fantastic, yeah sure it may not of made 200bhp on a dyno but who cares when it sounded like it did, the smile on ya face when you drive it was worth more than a dyno printout.

So to all you 160 owners yes a remap is worth it and will improve the car, but only if you do the other mods will you see the best performance from your car.
