Installed the new clock & barometer up on Lady Emma yesterday.

A touch of class if I do say so myself

Morning Richard and thank you for the news about your mum and your Aunts house. Things are beginning to go your way? and I hope you are feeling more positive about your mums new home. Hopefully the contracts will go ahead without any more delays, you have had the patience of a saint.

We had a death in the family, my brother’s wife’s mum. She was 91 years and had worked into her 80’s as a waitress in the Bear Hotel in Devizes. Last week she was admitted into hospital after she developed an infection, then suddenly went downhill, passing away in her sleep at 4 a.m A lovely lady who is now with the angels. Rest in peace

Morning all - yet another grey, cloudy and cool one here I'm afraid.
It's my brother's funeral this morning, so a day for reflection and fond memories

Sorry Rod, I hadn’t realised your brother had passed away. Jessica and I send you our sincerest condolences.

Very sad that your brother's mother in law passed away Phil, but 91 is a very good age and the fact she passed peacefully in her sleep is what most people could hope for. I would like to think that things are starting to come right for me as you say, I have put up with an awful lot over the last 2 years. I would also like to think that mum would see 90 , she will be 89 in December.

What you can't tell is the pointed is slowly moving anti clockwise.

Fingers crossed that it's starting to be more than baby steps in the right direction.

Take care mate.
