Morning all, The sun is up here & looks like it's here for the day.
Up early this morning as the passenger transport service cancelled my mams wheelchair ride for an eye appointment at Bolton hospital.

Beautiful pictures Jeff

Good morning all
After some serious rain last night it's a bit brighter here in Thetford this morning.
Had an enjoyable few hours yesterday out and about in my sons TT RS!! and thanks to it's almost 300 bhp I even managed to get it up to the fabled 69.9 mph, a speed that is normally only enjoyed by banana powered machines Also had a test drive in a rather nice 2012 A4 Avant TDi SE all the whistles and bells and only £30 a year road tax..
Enjoy your day I'm off to fit some shelves in an airing cupboard.
Cheers Ian

Take care! I have cracked and bruised ribs after a minor battle with airing cupboard shelves when the steps slid out from under me! Note to self - always open a pair of steps out (that's why they are called a pair!) and never use them like a ladder unless they are properly secured at the floor (especially when it's tiled!).

Morning fellow forumites - we've got a strange yellow orb in the sky this morning, which means three things
  1. the sun is shining - for a change
  2. it'll rain by mid afternoon - 'cos the forecast says so
  3. I'm on grass cutting duties this morning - 'cos SWMBO says so

Dry and sunny here but not supposed to last Nipped out and did some weeding at the front, sprayed some weedkiller around as well, hope it stays dry long enough for it to do something!

Just back from taking mam for her eye appointment at Bolton hospital, Famous last words.....you wont need your coat, the heavens opened as I parked up Looks like my car park dodging paying days has come to an end! I noticed a camera up on the wall covering the entrance with new signs saying £70 fine there's even a new contactless car park payment machine in reception. at least the contactless debit card works, ain't fathomed out how to get the phone to do contactless,
Lots of potting on to do again in the greenhouses.
