Had to get up at 5am mind but that's work for you.
Ahh J21, I know it well, glad the roads were on your side Mike, doesn't happen very often these days.

Took the KV6 Connie for its first reasonable little drive to Llangollen today. There was quite a bit of traffic going there. Took over 2 hours to get there. Coming back there was only light traffic, even the M54/M6 was running at around 50/60 mph.We did 160 miles. Computer him say around 35.8 mpg. We actually saw 42.7 mpg a one stage. Will fill up again tomorrow just to see what it actually did.

Took a head stagger in the nice weather, give the lhd a full service. I've owned it 18 months, and it the basics where done when I got it but it had a lot of use in 2019 into 2020 there so it definitely was over due even after only 4k miles.

Oil, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter, pcv bypass, egr bypass and then I got to the fuel filter.......

Wrong ******* one supplied in the right box from you guessed it, euro car parts during a flash sale. And of course I didn't notice until I went to refit it as I'm quite sore with a chest issue, so pain distracts me a little!

Thank god I've more than one car, trip to parts shop tomorrow.

But to cheer myself up I fitted one of Stuarts light oak to walnut steering wheels which as also freshly dyed by him to sandstone.

Absolutely class. Sadly it actually shows me how bad my airbag is as a lot of the colour had already lifted off it, need to find a nice one

Got busy and finally built my TOAFbook / toughbook. Too many cars not to have something and I don't want to damage my good university laptop.

Yes it converts from laptop to tablet mode! Waiting on a ssd hard drive now to downgrade it to Windows xp tablet edition for better functionality over Windows 7.
