Mornin' Not very summery here, lot of cloud and strong wind. Been watering the garden and was seriously considering coming back in for a jacket!

Afternoon everyone.

Hope you've had a productive morning.

Discovered a blown headlight bulb on son's 320d BMW.

A couple of things of note:

1) It's an absolute pig to get at. Wheel off, little cover for access totally useless. Take off the wheel arch liner. Discover that the bulb "cover" doesn't clip off, it's held on by 4 T20 torx headed screws. Take those out amidst numerous profanities and wishing there was some genetic adaption that involved multiple joints in various length and width fingers. Remove the bulb.

2) Find out that the bulb isn't H7 as claimed in various search facilities it's a Philips HID. No worries, they're only somewhere between £60-£80 each. .

What joy .

PS Happy birthday Georgie.

There's a big fire going in Prestonpans, clouds of black smoke billowing up. No idea what's gone up, can't see from here just the black smoke. Looks to be on or near the main street.

It was a housefire just up from the main street. There's a photo on the local paper's website, extensive damage, not a lot left!

Cool

Good morning everyone from sunny Saltash.

Going to hit 26 degrees today, already at 21.

Hay fever was bad yesterday, but I did manage to get the grass cut and the hedge trimmed before the sneezing started accompanied with the puffy eyes.
