Evening all, I thought I'll get on me gaming PC & drive some locos but this Win 10 Gaming PC hasn't been switched on for over a week, Needless to say there's a shedload of updates I got fed up of waiting so went downstairs to watch a Norman Wisdom film on the telly & have a early tea, BBQ ribs &b potato wedgies The bluddy thing is still updating those flamin' cumulative updates afterall this time Did I read there is a Win 11 OS imminent? Every time they've upgraded to a newer OS my desktop PC's have gone belly up with software problems & I've binned the Windows & installed Linux over themI'm hoping I don't have to upgrade this Win 10 OS to Win 11.

Strewth - me, Rodders, first in for breakfast
Good morning to anyone who is lurking out there - we're back to blue skies and sunshine again this morning, after a nice, cool, ideal for sleeping type night. School run again for me and then back home to await a parcel with some 'breathable' face masks - another attempt to stop my glasses steaming up

Morning everyone.
A bit hazy this morning but at least it’s a bit cooler, for now. My neighbour went away last weekend and left all her plants in the conservatory with no water. So I’m now rescuing the plants.

Morning all, I had to check the time when I saw Rod was in da house first Sun is up & the greenhouse doors / windows opened already. Another lousy nights "sleep" with this muggy overnight heat.

Morning all.
And the same here too. Bright, sunny and very warm already. Starting all the usual checks on the Tourer as we're off up North babysittng this weekend. Thoughts will be with Rich when I walk Quizzie along the Tyne from my son's place in Newburn. Stay safe everyone. |

Telephone consultation with the liver specialist earlier . . . . hate telephone consultations No change in the last blood test or ultrasound scan although I am feeling some of the effects now, tiredness in my legs for one which is a strange but known effect
