Default Windscreen Arm Removal

Hi Guys thought it was about time I replaced the pollen filter on my 2004 Rover 75 Diesel, even though it is a bit of a pain. I went to remove my wiper arms to get the plenium off bit they wont budge, stuck fast in their tapers.Thought no problem as I have a Draper wiper arm removal tool, silly me it does not fit the 75.has anyone had this problem if so how did you get the arms off.

There is no need to remove the wiper arms to clear your lower plenum drain. Simply remove the three fixings on the offside of the scuttle panel. Then continue with the instructions as shown. :-
