V8 on It's Travels
Well by special arrangement with Esso to have a mobile oil refinery on tow, I've taken the V8 (and the family) on a little holiday break to Weymouth in sunny Dorset.
Yesterday we went to Portland Bill lighthouse And back at the holiday park The sun is shining and the wallet is emptying |

Looks superb and I bet every mile traveled puts a smile on your face. Heh if you worry about the petrol it drinks don't take it out the drive The oil tanker comments can run thin especially when I'm standing at the pump filling the Bentley 6.75 V8 Go for it Paul and enjoy every single gas guzzling mile

Indeed it does look superb .
I've never understood the following tanker comments......those that drive them normally never make them . Over 15,000 miles in a 75 V8, including trips to France, Spain, Scotland, Devon & Cornwall, I averaged 23.5mpg, indeed it could make Penzance with ease on a tankful something my good lady's Fusion fails to do. |

Always go away in mine every year. This year went to Portmeirion North Wales. 272 miles each way plus bombing around Snowdonia over the 3 days we were there. Got just over 23 mpg which was a pleasent surprise as never bothered to check it before. ...

I use mine all the time and probably do about 1000 miles a month. If you are worried about MPG buy a small car but personally the sound and feel of a V8 is worth every penny.
I recently took mine to Aberdeen for a weekend, 1000 miles in 3 days. One fuel stop on route each way which coincided with a comfort break. On a decent run I get 25 but pottering about it is usually 19 but when you are used to running an Interceptor that feels economical. |

Another day trip out, today to visit the Jurrasic Skyline tower in Weymouth
And the view from above. Spot the V8 yet? No, how about now Also went to Note Fort too today, the venue for one of Redfives more memorable local meets I seem to remember. |

Somebody is having too much fun Me stuck here in the office, window wide open, sun beating down, the sea in the background and the smell of fresh cut grass - for goodness sake how am I supposed to work when you are out enjoying yourself. Oh coffee and cake arrived
