Default MG ZT Heater blower not working ? Anyone point e in direction of resistors /fan locat

MG ZT 2003 , Heater blower been intermittently faulty , bumpy road made it work again !
is now not working again .

I have air conditioning. And dual controls for drivers and passengers temperatures rather than twisty dial style .

Where do I find this heater blower or resistors ?
have read passenger footwell and also drivers footwell , to left of the clutch?
which is it ?

all relays and fuses are ok , so must be blower ?
thanks

It’s not actually a resistor, more a transistor.

It’s located near the passenger footwell, if you were sitting in the passenger seat your right foot would be nearest to the centre of the console
It’s at the back with a white connector block plugged into it and held in place with two screws. If you need a spare one I’ve got one in stock.

Hope that helps regards Mick

great thanks Mick , yeah think I know where you mean . I have the carpet out and and plastic kick panel thing from console , i can see the white plug thing . Few people have said more likely to be the transistor thing rather than the actual blower . frustrating as it has been coming back to life the past week then going off again haha thanks will let you know if i need one xx
