Botanic Gardens closed due to high wind and damage to large greenhouse. So trip to local cemetery instead. An enjoyable afternoon.

I know they are now obsolete but it amazes me the number of good quality 35mm cameras some complete with zoom lens that can be bought for a pittance. I remember buying my first one at the Carl Zeiss Jenna store in what was then communist East Berlin. They were happy days

I use old lenses on my DSLR and my next mirrorless will be even better at using using old manual lenses. I love searching ebay and alike. You can find top notch lenses for not much money.

Here is an example http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pentax-50m...gAAOSwA4dWIqX2

I would love a complete set of Takumars. Here are just a few. I really like like their build quality and even the fantastic cases. http://www.dslrsolutions.net/3165/us...o-eos-adapter/

Jeff. How did it go at the club?

Good morning Jeff, there are a few more users of Lightroom as far as I know, Paul, Cliff and myself. In LR6, an additional brush for cloning and spot removal is a bit fiddly first time. I like the way the clarity and noise brushes can be adjusted easily, together with moire, dodge, burn and teeth whitener, brushes fun to use. All in all, it took me a few months to learn/understand Lightroom you will pick this up Jeff, no problem.
