Methinks someone spotted a good opportunity. If you take a look at what else there is in the £100-£200 price bracket you'll not find a 1200mm+ lens (like on the camera in question) anywhere.
Yes its a little gem but DONT be tempted by the even longer zoonm AZ651 (65x 20mp) as that lens/sensor combo is just nowhere near as good, If I had paid £250 or even more for the AZ526 I would still be delighted, its really good

May have been a trader who bought the last 20, hoping to make a nice handsome profit.

I've no idea how I'm going to get it past swmbo seeing as I already bought an LX100 2 months ago to give me nice shallow depth of field effects, still have my compact sx240 - Now adding a third might be the limit.

Clearly you had a fantastic deal there. A camera with lots of scope and abilities. I am being very cheeky Can you please use it to take some moon shots to test its lens and sensor at the far end? (Weather and time permitting)

That'll be my first test with mine, especially since I also bagged myself a half-decent (I hope) tripod 2 days ago.

I think I'm really getting back into photography in a biggish way - still can't quite justify the DSLRs though, it's not the cost of the bodies it's the cost of the fast lenses that'd bankrupt me.
