Well I took the Tourer for its MOT today, got a couple of advisories, so I've been busy all day doing the drivers side wishbone replacement as the ball joint on the hub had slight play and also the tie rod arm,
So that's those advisories out of the way and it's now as it should be, must admit the wishbone took a little bit longer than I expected, whilst I was at it I also replaced the control arm bush with a new one. So that's the Tourer MOT'd for another year happy days. The tester said to me overall it's in good condition.

Hi mate,
It’s doing fine, but I’ve put it into semi retirement, I don’t use it very often these days, since I bought the wife a newish 2012 Freelander 2 HSE TD4, we tend to go out with the kids in that, meaning I use the BMW for work, along with the over 75’s & ZT’s in my collection, however I’m going to put my father-in-law’s cherished ZT CDTI 160 up for sale probably this week, and maybe his 75 Tourer as well now he’s no longer sadly with us But yeah overall the Yellow one is fine Thanks for asking Mick

Yeah, I was quite pleased that Ravinder mention the thread again, as it gave me chance to reflect on the car, and the work that I put into it. I think I’ll be doing quite a bit of work to it in the summer fingers crossed, I might even upload some more photos with some more information of further work and updates that I do to it, I actually thought I should give a special thanks to Brian, for the special map that he made for the car.
Mick

Look forward to seeing some photos, Mick. Who doesn’t love a yellow tourer?
