Default Oil Change Sump Plug Washer

Just drained the oil from my recently acquired 75 CDT and the
sump plug was mighty tight with no kind of sealing washer at all.

Should it have one ?.

I have a box of various size copper washers, so can fit one if there should be one.

Oh and anyone got the Sump Plug torque please. Thanks

Quick answer would be appreciated please, so I can get it back
together lol

Cheers
