Evening all, it's attempting to snow here.

Hopefully it will stick and then the girls and I can go the park tomorrow and pelt each other with snow balls!

Yum! Top Tea tonight. I bought some Lamb shanks in mint & rosemary sauce from ALDI when I went the other day & I must say they are very nice indeed.

I'm stuffed.

We have these as well Ian,I also add some extra gravy prior to putting them in the oven with a spoonful of mint sauce. Enough gravy then to soak up the

mash spuds
