Default Entire audio system dead

Hi all, I'm having trouble with the audio system in my 2002 Rover 75 tourer, and I'd really appreciate it anyone could help me, especially as we're taking the car to France this coming Friday!

It's a High Line sat nav system, but I've had an Xtrons head unit fitted for the last few months. The other day, the Xtrons randomly stopped working normally and after some detective work found that it would switch on if the sidelights or headlights were turned on, but even then it'd make a loud buzzing noise.

I decided to fit the original High Line system back in (thinking the Xtrons head unit was broken), but similarly it will not power up (even with the lights on). Also the Sat Nav disc unit in the rear won't power up. The boot is dry as a bone. I've checked the fuses and they all seem fine.

Has anyone else had an issue like this?

Many thanks in advance,

Andrew
