Maybe a flaw in the original casting that eventually caused a small piece to break off completely.

If this is the only damaged part then James is probably right. Otherwise look for the bit that did break and got mangled up in this one. Either way I would suggest that a complete re-build or a replacement box is on the cards. John. |
