Default In praise of Marina Brian :-)

It is all too easy in life to complain, and only rarely do we praise.

This note is to let you all know - and many of you do already - how lucky we are to have members with specialist expertise who offer their time readily and often freely to help us.

For the second time, Marina Brian has kindly repaired a key fob - a micro switch had detached meaning I couldn't open the car any more, only shut it. I can only imagine what a BMW dealership might charge for such a repair.

In a hectic week, Brian gave of his time to turn round the repair in just a few days. So, I want to thank him publicly for his great kindness in helping me to make things tick a little easier:-).

All the best, Nicholas/Zircon

Agreed. There are a number of members here that go above and beyond for a lot of us owners. I have been very lucky to receive assistance from many here, and it is greatly appreciated.

A truly amazing guy. He goes not the " extra" mile, but many, many, " extra miles" to help and advise.

A diamond
