80% sounds an incredibly high figure. I work with Chinese and Indian companies in the manufacture of TV's and 10% off line reject rate is common, parts from Thailand or Japan 1-2% but 80% WOW!

I agree, I am an Electronics service & Repair Tech; normally 3-5% is what I would see as a failure rate unless there is a modification involved and then it's normally down to human error. But 80% failure rate even with cheap crappy Chinese parts is very high indeed.

it's quite common knowledge that Sean wont deal with the company that trades these "Hauligan i think" as they are very bad at customer services, making him wait months for parts etc.

Well, Here are the Facts
I Ordered and sold 10 Units 8 Failed and were returned to them or sent to Eamonn for repair (thus the 80%) We have been waiting since last November for parts. Because we requested the parts to repair ourselves several times they got angry, SOLD Us the parts and then told us no refunds for the defective parts. (after we got the parts) They wanted us to return the units we have for repair They have a NO REFUNDS policy (No Matter what) Wewere told deliveries in 5 days and waited over 1 month They hold our deposits and will not refund them You guys be the judge And remember I am not a 1 UNIT Buyer as you guys would be... |
