I just paid my annual private health insurance which includes medical repatriation worldwide and 12 months cover excluding the USA. I found as one gets older the cover gets more expensive. This year it’s about £120 more than it was last year and that is with a £500 excess. We also get holiday insurance through the bank but that stops when we reach 80.

You certainly don’t look your age.

Have you considered living and working abroad in a warmer climate? I had a friend who worked for Durex and his job took him to some very nice countries in the world.

We have had a rough 12 months, so I said to Jessica yesterday, let’s make a plan to have a treat next year, maybe visit another country but not sure where yet.

I expect you will be planning your next trip abroad, something to look forward to

Had a drive out yesterday and went to Hartland Quay. Not been there for years but I do like it. Will go back at some point. Brought back loads of happy memories with my Val.
