Help "BACK"

Just loaded Primo 1.2 on GPS card that Tony sent me and switched on. All I have now is a blank screen with BACK in the top left corner. I disconnected power supply at the back for 5 mins and still the same

Any ideas guys????

the work 'BACK' refers to the reverse camera option... do you have one fitted?

What happens when you take the Primo SD card out?

No I dont have the reverse camera fitted. I have taken out SD cards and still the same. Tried disconnecting power and reset. When pressing reset the screen changes from black to white gradually starting with a white horizontal line

Switch off and then back on the black screen comes up again with white letters BACK in top corner.

I have spoken to Tony Fry and he is seeking help in Ireland for me

He has never heard of this happening before.

After speaking to Tony again looks like the motherboard has gone

Well guys have finally received a new DD from Sean after he had no joy on getting a new motherboard, just have to fit it now and test

Many thanks to Sean, Tony and Eamonn during what seems like an eternity since it broke
