Default DD dvt unit frozen

my dvt unit has frozen, wont respond to the remote, just the same frame from what ever channel i was watching every time i turn it on
any suggestions

Looks like a reset job to me BBman...

If there is no obvious reset button to press in, maybe with a paper clip etc...
remove from all power and leave a few hours or overnight and see if that clears it...

ok that sorted it, but i did notice that the dvt unit is switched on all the time, was thinking of placing an inline switch on the wire

That would be a good idea, mine only comes on when I plug it in to save leaving it on all the time
