Default Clutch Judder on 2001 133k mile CDT.

The car has recently developed this fault, and I hate to admit, it started shortly after I changed the engine oil, then topped it up with another half litre a week later, as it was reading low. The following day it was reading high, so I ran it for a week like that, before draining half a litre out, since when it has needed very little over 2,000 miles. I'm thinking I've blown the rear crank oil seal and oil is getting on the clutch. It gets noticeably worse if you have to do a lot of stop/start town driving, If I rev it and ride the clutch until it is going fast enough for me to take my foot off the accelerator and the clutch at the same time, I can avoid the worst of it, but if I use minimum revs and let the clutch out slowly, as you do in traffic queuing for lights, it starts juddering and banging so that you just have to dip the clutch, and start again. As I also have a noisy front wheel bearing and some suspension clonks, I'm just wondering whether to just get rid. I don't feel up to tackling all the work myself, and I need a car for commuting. This one has done 28,000 with little bother since I bought it in December 2017. and I reckon to pay a garage to sort it is going to cost me more than the £850 I paid for it. It's still a great car to drive on A roads and motorways - the bearing noise is really only annoying between 40 and 60mph. Comments and advice please.
