Default Booked for the dreaded MOT... but!

I have booked Eve for her MOT on the 10th, to be honest expecting a fail, but have £300 budget (lol). I have now discovered the rear nearside wheel humming, methinks bearing, but not so bad when doing 40+.. that's the good news. The bad news is Friday I have a 190 mile trip to get us home. Nice steady 70 mph, nothing to Silverstone.

So hopefully she'll hold up and get us home, but I have the RAC to back me up.

I should not worry to much about it i went back and forth to the UK several times with a noisy rear wheel bearing and had no problem.

Just turn the radio up. If the garage fails it, ask them how much to fix it. Depending on how much of your £300 they have already accounted for.

Default Back home ....

Well, home safely 195 miles with a dodgy offside rear wheel bearing humming away. Total of 580 miles since left home Boxing Day and Eve has been impeccable(apart from bearing) 41.9 mpg on motorways. She is booked in monday for the bearing....
