Pops thought it was great, being taken somewhere on her own, skipping along beside me all excited . . . . until she realised where she was going! Vet reckons the wound below her ear is a scratch or nick that's become a wee bit infected. Steroid injection (which she didn't appreciate!) and a course of antibiotics. I'm now forty quid lighter!

Just fed the girls, Pops gets one and a quarter of these tiny antibiotic pills. Chopping tablets up like some low rent drug dealer!

Evening all, Boy has it gone dark & stormy looking in the last half hour. I think we're in for some rain.
Been quite a nice day today, managed to get the lawns mowed as the forecast doesn't look great for the next few days here.

Top tea tonight, sirloin steak, mash, roast parsnips and carrots & broccoli.

I'm taking mam to her dominoes meeting tonight to get her out of the house for a bit. not sure I know the rules lol.

Went fishing this morning, when I got there, there was going to be a contest
on one of the lakes, as I was unloading Black Pearl a guy came across and remarked that is one lovely car absolutely stunning, I replied thank you very much and explained the history and who it previously belonged too.
I finished unloading and carried all my fishing gear to the lake, next thing I know he has got half a dozen of his fishing buddies to come and have a look,
who all equally commented of how lovely the car looked, made me feel really proud.
