Morning all - welcome to another miserable day in North Yorkshire. It's cold (heating on already!!), wet, and you can't see the hills for a mixture of fog and low cloud.
I'm under orders today - "get the Christmas cards written or else!"

Morning all.

Bright, sunny and dry bit a bit chilly.

Quizzie's swimming river has burst its banks. The farmer's cattle bridge that I can normally walk under in my wellies is almost under water. So the water's about 8-10 feet up .
Take care and enjoy yourselves.

PS Rich - remember the fun, the laughter and the Love.

Same here Steve, Everything is damp, I've just been in the garage for my torch & got the last power tools out of there as everything in there has a layer of moisture on it, The floor is still wet from last months heavy rains. I've opened all the doors but with this heavy mist & no wind nothing is drying.

Cool

Afternoon all.

We have blue sky and sunshine but it’s bloomin’ chilly.

Gas boiler engineer here at 08.30 and gone by 09.00. Boiler got a clean bill of health.

Then Allen came round and sorted my wooden lamp out, I knocked it over last week. It took some fixing but he is like a dog with a bone. Lamp now working.
Then we went off to Travis Perkins and bought a bannister rail plus brackets. Allen is coming round tomorrow to fit it up for me.

I have been busy today so other things to concentrate on,but now I'm home I'm struggling to keep it together.. Perhaps this time is harder after my own mental health issues a couple of months back. Been fine since but feel like I have relapsed.

Hi Rich.

Hang on in there. What's happening is entirely expected and usual.

There's going to be high's and low's so ride this one out with whatever support and help you need.

Look after yourself my friend.
