Morning everyone.
A tad overcast this morning, rained in the night. Trip to the tip this morning. If it stays dry then the cars will get a wash.

Morning all.
Clear sky and chilly. The sun hasn't put in an appearance yet but is trying . Now have a new MoT with help from the guru in the North East - MB. I'm hoping to post something up in the main forums soon. Our Guide Dogs collection last Saturday at a local garden centre obviously so impressed to the centre manager that we've been invited back this Saturday. Even better, they're launching their Xmas range () so there's a free mince pie on offer. Judging by their normal range of cakes in the restaurant it'll be worth going for . Friday morning swimming for Quizzie in a little while. Take care everyone. |

Morning all, It's grey breezy & just starting spitting with rain. I was hoping to get the front lawns mowed today but they'll have to wait.

Applied for my over 70’s driving licence on the 3rd of this month, and it arrived this morning. Done the application online.
Been to the garage and booked the wee car in to have front and rear cameras fitted. Just had a tasty ham sandwich for lunch.

Starting to get bleedin' frustrated waiting for this hormone gel. Spoke to my GP practice pharmacist 2-3 weeks ago, she had checked up and everybody was waiting for the manufacturer releasing a batch which should have been at the start of this week. Phoned the chemist a couple of days ago and all they would say is it wasn't in and they are working on it . . . . that tells me absolutely bugr all! Phoned the GP surgery earlier today, the practice pharmacist is on holiday, back in Tuesday so reception is leaving a note to chase it up.
I have an appointment with the specialist start of next month by which time I should have been using the gel for approx two months, by the time I get the stuff beginning to wonder if I'll have been using it long enough to make any noticeable difference It took me a VERY long time to get the medical profession to accept that I had a serious problem with my energy levels then months of jumping through hoops with appointments, blood tests, scans. Finally the specialist prescribes me something that should help restore my energy levels only to find he's prescribed unobtainium |

When I spoke to the practice pharmacist 2-3 weeks ago it turns out the specialist prescribed two things, the one I can't get and apparently the other is no longer available . . . . he must be on the ball!
The practice pharmacist said if there's no progress after the 3rd (last Monday) get back in touch and she'd speak to the specialist about any alternates, tried to do that today and she's not in this week |
