Default Which battery to use in which car

Hi I have a Watson 096 in my 190 around 3 years old with no problems and just ordered a varta 096. Now I have a rover 800 that needs a battery but won’t be on the road till the better weather. So which battery in which car. The rover will be turned over and run every couple of weeks atm.
Thanks

If possible I'd leave both cars without a battery or at least disconnected so the batteries don't discharge.

If a maintenance charger can be connected up then it'll be fine to leave the battery connected as anything drawing current in the background will be covered by the charger.
