I don't know if the "Appeals" section was used by myself as I probably thought it was something to do with appealing a charge. I think I just used the "Contact Us".

Not had any reply from TfL yet and I'm hoping the "does not apply to historic vehicles" is invoked. But why alter how the Ulez site used to display vehicle compliance and stop showing historic exemption automatically. Are they hoping any confusion generates some (unlawful) wonga as I have not doubt appeals are long winded and thus ofputting?
