Default Number Plate light condensation......

Any suggestions why my number plate lights keep condensating. I have checked the seals and they are both intact. Every couple months I have to take off both lenses to dry them out.

You have a leak somewhere, and it's most likely the light seals if water is collecting in the cluster itself. The light cluster itself could be separating (lense from the body) but that's not common.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago. Removed the cluster and found the join in the seal had come apart. Stapled it together, cleaned up the mating surfaces and popped it all back together with a thin smear of silicone. No issues since so far.

Same is happening to both number plate clusters so will have to check both seals.

If you're getting water ingress, lift out the boot carpet and spare wheel well. Also reach up behind the lining carpets and feel the inside of the wings. You may find these areas are also a bit damp.

Mine were, so I ran a microfibre cloth around to mop up and left an electric fan heater in the boot for a couple of hours with the lid slightly propped open to dry and ventilate. Dry as a bone now (well, last time I checked anyway...!)
