That's horrible, it is difficult to believe when it happens. Chris.S. Mate of mine went like that, we arranged to do the Lands End to John of Groats and 3 days before the start day he had a massive heart attack and died. He was a very fit cyclist, better than me on the hills, good time trialist, no extra weight etc. The autopsy showed his arteries were well furred up but he wasn't under any medication and it was an unknown?? And the bitter thing was he was 4 days off his 65birthday and had kept working after his employer would have let him go on their pension. Like they say don't count your chickens. Started work at 14 never unemployed.

So sad too hear this must have been a hell of a shock too the system.
