Zintec steel sill panels ?
Have recently taken delivery of a Tom Hobbs panel to repair o/s sill , which is booked in locally later this week Out of interest , the panel is described as DC01 zintec steel , and I have heard that zinc is a problem when welding ? I am guessing this is not a problem with these as Tom must have done a few by now !

I just put two new rear panels on the car about two weeks ago (from Thomas), no problems. But, I did sand the panels down a bit at the welding edges/through welds as I believe Thomas puts on a layer of spray paint (zinc?) to prevent rust while under storage.
