Resonating fascia trim on my 2005 rover 758
The very thin faux wood trim around the instrument cluster resonates much of the time. A light finger pressure completely stops it.
How can I get some sealant between the inner edge of the trim and its backing moulding? Can the trim prised off enough to get some ingress? Have other Members had this problem? |

The later plastic trim is renknowned for this, a lot of owners retro fit the early real veneer which is a better fit. Yes you can remove it, there's a detailed thread in the "how to" section, interior. 😎
