Contacting DMGRS

Can anyone tell me how to contact Dmgrs. I don't want to go into detail but I have an issue with an order and try as I might Mat is not responding to my emails. I have pm'd him etc etc but to no avail. I have even sent him my mobile number. He has always been excellent in the past so I don't know what is happening now. Any help appreciated.

Have you tried facebook? I know Mat gets on there a little more than he frequents this place.
