Dash vents under windscreen

Quick question:-

Are the long plastic vents in the dash that sit under the passenger windscreen replaceable or are they moulded/bonded into the main dash assembly?

I'm sure theres a rattle coming from them, and if they are broken I would like to replace.

Is this going to end up being a big job ?

Looking at the Riimmer's site I do believe they are part & parcel of the Fascia Assembly....
