Default Never lend your motor

A couple of weeks ago I had loaned my car to the boy because his didn’t have an MOT so he could get to work, it had over three quarters of a tank of fuel, today we round to pick it up, and guess what!, it had an empty tank showing with less than a twenty mile range showing, excuse was I was going to put some fuel in this Friday when I get paid.
I asked how were you going to get to work tomorrow with no money, his reply was he can use his partners car,

So round to the local garage and it cost me over £69 pounds to fill it up, kids who would have them.

Thankfully I have never had this tho SWMBO’s best friend regularly puts up with her fridge being raided for milk etc.

Imagine coming home, cold and wet and wanting a nice cuppa then finding that a scrote has pinched the milk.

I’m surprised that Dawn has allowed you to have that much money. Thought you was only allowed a £5 a week.

That’s family for you Julien. Next time ask him for the petrol money he owes you and something up front, but it’s only money. A young lad 18 yrs on gap year came out to Nairobi from the UK to work in the financial/legal sector in the city. He has been staying here, as he is a friend of one of our UK nephews. He got caught up in the terrorist attack and was trapped in an office. WhatsApp messages alerted his position so the police could rescue him and the family could reassure him about the rescue and keep tabs on him. Tragically his boss was killed in the cafe. In the midst of life, there is death.

It's a difficult situation when one, whether a loved one or not, takes advantage of your generosity - that's why, I am tight fisted, not generous and not nice.
